Fennel ground

Fennel is a plant from the umbrella family, outwardly very similar to dill, and in aroma and taste it is similar to anise.

Fennel is native to the Mediterranean and Asia Minor. Now the plant is cultivated everywhere except Antarctica.

Fennel is a useful spice, as it contains: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, ash, vitamins B, A, PP, C, macro and microelements, essential amino acids, sterols, saturated and monosaturated fatty acids.
