Papaya sticks candied red

Candied papaya are pieces of ripe fruits of the melon tree (as papaya is called in another way), boiled in rich sugar syrup and dried. The percentage of moisture in the finished product is no more than 14% -16%.

Natural candied papaya looks like slices of a pinkish-red hue with a pleasant sweet taste and delicate aroma. Taste and other advantages of the product do not depend on the shape of the pieces.

Candied papaya contains many vitamins. They contain almost the entire vitamin chain from A to E (especially a lot of ascorbic acid and B vitamins). Of the trace elements, calcium, iron, zinc can be distinguished. Glucose, fructose, beneficial minerals and plant enzymes are also present.
