Hibiscus

The usefulness of hibiscus tea is due to the presence of an extensive complex of substances:

It also contains dietary fiber, so there is a natural sediment. There are 37 kcal per 100 grams of the product, as well as proteins, fats and carbohydrates - from 1 to 2%. The presence of vitamin C and natural antioxidants makes the infusion a tonic for the immune system. In addition, other substances in the composition have an anti-inflammatory effect. At the first sign of a cold, the tincture prevents its further development. And in East Africa, it has been used since ancient times to treat coughs.
